We’re joined by Linda Cantle, Operations Director, at Woodgreen Pets Charity discussing their hard hitting campaign that revealed that third of Brits have given up a pet in the past, but nearly three quarters didn't want to! Plus, nearly half of people did not know there were charities that could support them the way that Woodgreen does. Offering help with behaviour and veterinary costs, the charity offers help visiting people in their homes. Their aim is to help keep dogs and their people remain together rather than handing their pets into charities.  Not least to help owners do the best for their dog, whilst rescues are already bursting at the seams.
