Today on America in the MorningA Nuclear Stipulation Just one day after President Trump announced a nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia, the president added a stipulation – that Saudi Arabia must officially recognize Israel and join the Abraham Accords, which could put the deal in doubt.  John Stolnis has more from Washington.   US Continues Iran Attacks On Thursday night, the US military launched its 13th consecutive night of bombardment against Iranian positions, which comes as President Trump is saying that a broader offensive may soon be needed.  Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports the increased rhetoric comes as concerns over shipping intensified with the Houthis in Yemen firing on Saudi oil tankers in the Red Sea, and the price of oil surging to $100 dollars-a-barrel.   Life In Prison The man found guilty of killing a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband has learned his fate.  Correspondent Lisa Dwyer reports that Vance Boelter will spend the rest of his life behind bars.    DOJ Looking Into Jack Smith Congressman Jim Jordan has referred former special counsel Jack Smith to the Department of Justice alleging he made false statements to Congress during a deposition in December.  Correspondent Clayton Neville reports.  New Cyclospora Trouble While one cyclospora outbreak is being investigated, the FDA is now alerting the public of a new outbreak of a diarrhea-causing parasite.  Correspondent Ed Donahue reports.   Times Subpoenas Withdrawn In a surprise move, the Department of Justice has withdrawn subpoenas against three New York Times reporters.  The details from correspondent Michael Sisak.   Trump’s New Tariffs The Trump Administration announced new tariffs on dozens of countries that began at midnight, and comes after this week’s 50 percent tariff increases for Canada.  This new round of tariffs is designed - according to President Trump - to withstand legal scrutiny after the Supreme Court struck down most of his global tariffs in February.  Correspondent Joan Jones reports.   War Powers Passes House The U-S House and Senate are split on a war powers resolution aimed at ending the ongoing war with Iran.  Correspondent Clayton Neville reports on a House vote that passed with help from the GOP.   Protests Over Wisconsin Death Residents of Madison, Wisconsin are demanding answers after a man was shot and killed by police in the middle of a city intersection.  Correspondent Donna Warder reports a Thursday news conference held by the police chief to update their investigation was loudly interrupted by a group of protesters - Audio courtesy WKOW-TV Madison, Wisconsin.   NY Stabbing Attack It was a violent attack on the streets of New York City when a man allegedly yelling "Allahu Akbar" started stabbing two men in what officials are describing as an apparent anti-Semitic attack.
