Largely adapting the original story but blending in a bit more action and gothic horror vibes, 2010s The Wolfman features a star-studded cast comprised of Benicio Del Toro, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Mr Hugo Weaving (Mor-dor) and Rick Baker returning to the werewolf genre for some special effects. But why did such a star-studded cast result in a film that was pretty hated on upon release? Does The Wolfman hold up today?
