The Forgotten: The Unacknowledged Black Female Swim Coach

December 10, 2021·1h 29m
Episode Description from the Publisher

Today we’ll speak to researcher, former collegiate swimmer, and elite level swim coach, Dr. Tiffany Monique Quash, about the challenges of being a Black female coach, the absence of LGBTQ+, and Queer representation in the coaching ranks, and the need for White coaches to speak up, and call out this disparity.
