The DBC gang is back in studio again today after an early Monday morning finish to a thrilling Cup race in Atlanta. Karsyn Elledge, Tommy Baldwin, and Eric Brennan are joined by JR Motorsports wheelman Rajah Caruth to talk through all the headlines from Trucks at Lime Rock to Cup at Hot-lanta. Rajah dives into what his season’s been like split between the No. 88 and No. 32, his chances at making The Chase, and what it’s like having Dale Jr himself come over the radio and give him some advice in the middle of the race. Tommy finally has nothing egregious to say about Carson Hocevar’s driving after The Hurricane scored another Top-5 finish after nearly winning the Cup race. Karsyn explains how she wishes the JR Motorsports drivers had worked closer together at the end of the O’Reilly race, but Allgaier still got them the beer toast anyway.
