Ryan Pike on the Season Ahead, Harrington’s Deal, and More!

On this episode of Flames Now, we're previewing the season with Ryan Pike (@RyanNPike) from Daily Faceoff Calgary. Ryan and Pat discuss the opening day roster, Aydar Suniev's camp, and the lack of negative noise around the team entering the season. Ryan also updates us on Chase Harrington's new contract and why signing it now made so much sense. Then we chat with Calgary Wranglers head coach Brett Sutter (15:21) for the first time on The Farm Report. Brett previews the coming season for the top affiliate of the Flames and tells us how players like Suniev and Hunter Brzustewicz can make their way back to the NHL in short order. Sutter also discusses his team's centre depth and his goaltending tandem of Arsenii Sergeev and Kirill Zarubin.
