Border wall fuels water fight

Emery, Utah, rancher Kirk Christiansen says the lack of water in his town is changing how he does his job raising cattle. He joins us. And, amid a blistering drought, the federal government is drilling unpermitted water wells in New Mexico for use in border wall construction, according to the Office of the State Engineer. Customs and Border Protection says it doesn't need permission to tap the groundwater. Ranchers are concerned their already fragile aquifer will be pumped dry.
