The White Sox Eliminate the Astros, and The Phillies tie the series | Back to the Bullpen

The Houston Astros are OUT, the Chicago White Sox are moving on, and the Philadelphia Phillies just delivered one of the wildest wins of the 2026 MLB Postseason! The Astros’ season came crashing to an end at Daikin Park as the White Sox defeated Houston 7-3 to complete a sweep of the AL Wild Card Series. Hunter Brown couldn’t escape the first inning, Houston’s defense contributed to an early 4-0 deficit, and despite home runs from Jeremy Peña, Cam Smith and Jose Altuve, the Astros couldn’t complete the comeback.
