UCF Must Capitalize OFF OF TURNOVERS To Beat OK STATE On The Road | UCF Podcast

Oklahoma State has struggled defending the run, which could create an opportunity for Taevion Swint, Duke Watson and Landen Chambers to get UCF’s ground game rolling again. Establishing the run would also help UCF control the clock, protect the defense and take pressure off the quarterback position. Turnovers could be just as important. Mestemaker is an aggressive quarterback who is willing to push the football downfield. UCF has to take advantage when those opportunities arrive. Getting interceptions is only half the job. The Knights have to turn those takeaways into points. The defense also has a clear target. Keep Oklahoma State around or below 21 points and give the offense a chance to win the game late. There is more riding on this game than one Saturday afternoon. UCF entered this stretch facing three consecutive ranked opponents for the first time since 2017. A victory could end the Knights’ 11 game road losing streak, give Scott Frost a signature victory in his second season back at UCF and create serious momentum heading into the bye week. Could this be the game that changes UCF’s season? Drop your keys to victory in the comments and let us know what a win over Oklahoma State would mean for the Knights.
