Spooky Story About an Encounter at Area 51

Hey everyone,Spooky Boo here. In this episode, I’m talking about a topic we all know a little too well—aliens, Area 51, and the weird stuff the government hides in the desert.Before we get into the main story, I actually share a quick personal memory about a strange, glowing red orb I saw floating over the hills during a childhood camping trip in the Northern California mountains. It’s one of those weird things that sticks with you forever, especially when the person you were with completely blocks it out.The main feature tonight is a classic creepypasta by SnozBerr called "I’m Not Saying it was Aliens." It starts out with a relatable, kind of boring family road trip to Las Vegas for a 20th birthday. If you've ever done that drive from Southern California, you know the drill: endless desert, overpriced gas, and stopping in Baker to look at the giant thermometer while eating sketchy Del Taco.But things take a sharp turn on the way to Las Vegas when the writer of this story and his dad decide to kill an afternoon by driving up Route 375—the Extraterrestrial Highway—to take pictures outside the gates of Area 51. What's supposed to be a fun, harmless detour turns incredibly wrong. The sun starts setting way too fast, every electronic component in their minivan completely dies, and they end up trapped in an eerie, endless twilight. When they try to blast down the highway at 110 MPH to get back to safety, they run straight into a military blockade with silent, gas-mask-wearing soldiers who definitely aren't normal.
