Dream Podcast - NFL Week 3 THE PICKS !!
RJ Bell and Munaf Manji talk NFL Betting for Week 3. RJ Bell comes into NFL Week 3 riding a perfect 5 and 0 Week 2, and he and Munaf Manji waste no time building a sharp betting card on the Pregame.com Podcast Network. At 0:04 RJ opens with the Pregame.com Weekender offer, every pick from a chosen pro through Monday for just 10 dollars with code WEEKEND10, spotlighting hot runs from Goodfella and Stephen Nover. At 1:40 the recap begins, with RJ celebrating his sweep and Munaf reporting that his Panthers best bet cashed. At 4:25 RJ unveils his five unit best bet, the second half under 22.5 in Kansas City at Miami, arguing that for the first time in years the Chiefs are set up to protect a halftime lead and take the air out of the ball. Munaf backs the angle at 8:27, crediting Kenneth Walker III and the return of Eric Bieniemy, and at 9:41 RJ explains why a Chiefs team laying double digits on the road has exceeded expectations with Patrick Mahomes looking sharper each week. At 11:03 Munaf makes his best bet, the Saints minus 3 against the Raiders in the New Orleans home opener, pointing to Tyler Shough, strong halftime adjustments under Kellen Moore, and a 9 and 1 run against the spread over the last 10 games. At 14:14 RJ pushes back, calling the Raiders somewhat for real and explaining why roughly 11 games are needed before the priors from last season stop mattering, before flagging the Brock Bowers injury as the key variable. At 18:48 RJ goes four units on Jacksonville minus 2.5 against a tired, banged up New England team, and at 22:40 Dave Essler, Uncle Diamond Dave, lands on the same side, citing injuries to Mike Onwenu, Carlton Davis and more, plus the absence of A.J. Brown. At 25:17 Munaf likes the over 52.5 in the Cowboys and Ravens game in Brazil, but at 26:49 RJ counters with a telling trend, Dallas 28 and 23 against the spread on turf and 8 and 14 on grass since 2022, and the pair land on a Ravens team total over 28.5 as the smarter play. At 30:26 RJ backs the Titans against a Giants team reeling from the loss of Jaxson Dart, with Brian Daboll facing his former team. At 36:01 Munaf pairs his prop with the RJ best bet, Kenneth Walker III over 17.5 rush attempts after back to back games of 23 and 24 carries. At 39:56 RJ takes the Broncos plus 2.5 against a Rams team without Myles Garrett and likely Puka Nacua, making a trip he calls Australia to altitude, and Munaf adds that Denver is 16 and 4 straight up at home since Bo Nix arrived. At 46:17 RJ closes with a contrarian look at the Buccaneers, a team nobody wants to bet, which is exactly why he likes the price. It is a tight, sharp episode packed with best bets, player props, line value and honest debate, the kind of Week 3 preparation every serious bettor needs before kickoff, and RJ and Munaf promise to be back next week with another full card. Dream Podcast - NFL Week 2 THE PICKS !!
RJ Bell and Munaf Manji talk betting for NFL Week 2. RJ Bell and Munaf Manji open this episode still working through a wild opening week of NFL football before laying out a complete Week 2 betting card, and Diamond Dave Essler joins in with his own marquee pick on the Patriots and Steelers. The show starts at 0:04 with a lighthearted recap of a recent guest appearance, then moves at 0:58 into a breakdown of the site's recurring bulk dollars offer, where a ten dollar purchase returns fifty dollars in credit that never expires, with RJ arguing the strict one per customer cap is itself proof of the offer's real value. At 2:59 the conversation turns to Week 1, which Munaf notes was the highest scoring opening week since 1970 and the highest scoring week overall since the merger, though RJ pushes back at 4:51 on how much that framing actually means once the against the spread results are examined, since the week finished a modest nine overs and seven unders. He cites Steelers coach Mike Tomlin's comments about reduced contact in camp hurting tackling technique league wide, along with a reported 28 missed tackles from the Denver defense, while noting the same explanation does not hold up against recent history. At 6:45 Munaf connects the scoring surge to long field goal accuracy and improved kickoff field position, and by 9:25 both hosts are tracking a broader trend of falling punt rates as teams lean into fourth down aggression. The card itself opens at 11:31 with RJ's best bet of the week, the Rams laying seven points at home against the Giants after a lopsided road loss in Australia, a result he frames as an overreaction given Sean McVay's strong history coaching off a loss. Munaf counters at 19:48 with his own best bet, laying two and a half points with the Panthers on the road against the Falcons, leaning on Dave Canales' excellent record coming off a loss and Carolina's division history against Atlanta. RJ returns at 26:28 with the Saints getting three and a half points in the second half against the Ravens, built on a first half, second half scoring split for both teams, and Munaf follows at 29:41 by taking the total over 48 and a half in the Bears and Vikings game after Chicago's record breaking opener. At 33:53 RJ makes the case for the Browns getting more than a touchdown on the road in Tampa Bay, framing it as a letdown spot where the team catching points has the historical edge, and he adds a smaller correlated look at 42:56 connecting Tennessee and the Jets. Diamond Dave Essler steps in at 38:59 with his own pick, laying the number with the Patriots over the Steelers and calling for a 24 to 13 final, a take RJ largely agrees with even though it will not crack his own card. Munaf closes the picks segment at 47:48 with a rushing yards prop on Derrick Henry against a beat up Saints run defense, and the show wraps at 52:06 with a full recap of every official play heading into Sunday, along with one more reminder to take advantage of the bulk dollars offer before it disappears for the week. Dream Podcast - NFL Week 1 THE PICKS !!
RJ Bell and Munaf Manji talk betting for NFL Week 1 RJ Bell and Munaf Manji open the NFL season with a deep Week 1 betting breakdown that leans on historical trends more than gut feelings, and guest analyst Dave Essler adds a live best bet of his own on the marquee Sunday night matchup. The headline play is Houston getting points at home against Buffalo, built on the idea that Buffalo's shift to a new defensive scheme, paired with a short week after a Thursday night game in Detroit, creates real uncertainty against a Texans team that has beaten Josh Allen in all five of their career meetings, including a playoff game. A companion total under 44 and a half in that same game leans on Houston fielding one of the best defenses in football under its current coaching staff. The pair also back the under in Baltimore's home game against Indianapolis, questioning how much trust to extend to a Colts quarterback returning from a torn Achilles in barely nine months, while noting a Baltimore coaching staff unlikely to push the pace once it has a lead. Cross sport comparisons to NBA Achilles recoveries help frame just how early that Colts timeline really is. Tampa Bay getting points against Cincinnati stands out as the show's top prop driven pick, anchored in Cincinnati's rough recent Week 1 history and limited preseason snaps for its top two receivers, while a running back prop on a marquee Eagles ball carrier against a defense he has dominated for three straight meetings offers one of the cleanest matchup angles of the week. A Cowboys and Giants total under carries extra texture thanks to a pointed public comment from a Giants receiver about controlling his own workload after a serious injury, and a spirited debate breaks out over whether Dallas carries a built in betting premium that outpaces what the roster actually supports on defense. The guest analyst makes his own case for the Giants covering, framed around a new head coach's strong debut season track record and a defense he does not believe has been fixed by roster turnover alone. Additional angles cover a Cincinnati quarterback passing yards under tied to years of slow starts, a lean on Cleveland getting a big number against Jacksonville built around a coaching decision at quarterback, and value plays on both a Denver Kansas City tilt shaped by a head coach's history of slow starts and an AFC East showdown where public perception may be lagging behind actual talent. Throughout the show, the hosts explain not just what they like but why, walking through bankroll philosophy, how markets price star names differently than lesser known players, and why narrowing a pick's scope can cut into its edge even when the underlying read is correct. It is a full, opinionated, numbers driven start to the season for anyone looking to sharpen their approach before kickoff, with five official plays, several leans, and a handful of player props all explained in detail rather than simply handed down as picks to trust blindly. Dream Podcast - NFL Futures + CFB Best Bets & More !!
RJ Bell and Munaf Manji talk betting for this week. RJ Bell is joined by Munaf Manji for a between preseason episode that catches up on last week's card before diving into three of the biggest storylines in sports right now. The show opens with a bit of banter about grades from the previous week and a personal story from RJ about growing up outside Pittsburgh, where he learned a hard lesson as a kid after having a Pirates batting glove stolen from him outside a game at Three Rivers Stadium not long after the team's 1979 championship season. From there the conversation turns serious with a full breakdown of the punishment handed down against the Los Angeles Clippers following the league's investigation into how the team compensated Kawhi Leonard. The Clippers were stripped of five first round draft picks over five seasons, owner Steve Ballmer was fined thirty million dollars and suspended for a full year, and Kawhi Leonard was fined roughly seven hundred thousand dollars before his trade to the Toronto Raptors was finalized. RJ and Munaf debate whether the league steered that trade back to Toronto on purpose, since the Raptors were the team most harmed when the illegal payments first came to light, and they discuss how an uncle tied to Kawhi's camp appears to have absorbed most of the blame for coordinating the scheme. The show then pivots into a full ranking of every notable first round quarterback drafted over the last three classes, running through Cam Ward, Caleb Williams, Bryce Young, Jaxson Dart, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, Bo Nix, J.J. McCarthy, Michael Penix Jr., Jayden Daniels, and Drake Maye. RJ calls Bryce Young, J.J. McCarthy, and Anthony Richardson clear busts, questions Michael Penix Jr.'s health track record, and argues that Drake Maye, fresh off a Super Bowl run, might now be the safest name in the entire group. Munaf counters with his own top two of Drake Maye and Jayden Daniels, and the two spend time on C.J. Stroud's stalled contract talks with the Texans, comparing his reported ask to what Patrick Mahomes and Dak Prescott currently earn at the position. From there the show moves into three season long player prop bets built to be placed before Week 1. Munaf backs Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams to clear his passing yardage total, citing head coach Ben Johnson's stated goal of building the highest scoring offense in NFL history. He then fades rookie Arizona Cardinals running back Jeremiyah Love's rushing total given a crowded backfield, before the two build out the show's headline pick, a fade on Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford's passing yards given his age and a retooled Rams defense that now includes Myles Garrett and a returning Aaron Donald. RJ works through the injury math behind that pick in detail and discusses an alternative version of the same bet at plus money odds. The episode closes with a college football best bet built around a personal trend system for blowout week one favorites, a shoutout to hot handicappers on Pregame.com, details on a college football package promotion, and a bonus system play built around week one unders that closes out one of the more detailed and personality filled episodes of the season so far. Dream Podcast - NFL Preseason Week 3 + Best Bets !!
RJ Bell and Munaf Manji talk betting for NFL preseason Week 3 and more. best bets as always. RJ Bell opens the final week of the preseason by handing the microphone to Munaf Manji, one of the most frequently featured co-hosts in the show's history, for a full episode of NFL win total picks, a preseason system play, and a season long player prop, before RJ closes the show with his own Week 1 best bet on Green Bay. The two begin, at 1:21, by discussing Munaf's specialty in the player prop market, where an early run of roughly fifteen or sixteen consecutive hit best bets on NBA props built his reputation with the show's most engaged listeners, before he expanded into moneylines, spreads, and totals across the NFL, NBA, and MLB. RJ, at 3:24, lays out his broader philosophy that the real opportunity in modern sports betting sits in player props and same game parlays rather than conventional sides, arguing that converting a losing bettor into a break even bettor carries more financial impact for an audience than nudging an already profitable bettor a few points higher. The conversation shifts, at 8:31, into a debate over whether the two would rather build around Deshaun Watson or CJ Stroud, with RJ making the case for Watson's healthiest seasons in Houston and Munaf countering with Stroud's rookie year burst and the motivation of an approaching contract year, before the pair revisit the Bill O'Brien era in Houston and the DeAndre Hopkins trade at 10:54. Munaf takes over hosting duties at 13:43 to move into picks, starting with a preseason system RJ built around teams that played each other in last year's preseason, landing on the Eagles and Bengals over the total at 14:18. From there Munaf runs through three NFL win total plays, backing Minnesota over eight and a half wins at 19:00 behind the arrival of Kyler Murray and a defense he expects to be elite, taking the LA Chargers under nine and a half wins at 28:20 due to offensive line issues and a significant rest disadvantage, and closing his win totals with New Orleans over seven and a half wins at 39:53 behind a full season of Tyler Shough and one of the league's easier schedules. RJ challenges each pick in turn, questioning Murray's durability and preparation, defending Justin Herbert's toughness for the Chargers, and agreeing enthusiastically with the Saints number. The episode also features a taped Week 1 pick from Dave Essler at 47:27, who backs the Cleveland Browns getting more than a touchdown at Jacksonville, arguing the Jaguars' win total last year was propped up by a soft closing schedule and that the roster is thinner on defense and in the backfield this season. RJ closes the picks segment at 54:07 with his own best bet, taking Green Bay getting points on the road at Minnesota in Week 1 by combining a division underdog trend with a revenge angle from last season's result, while Munaf's best bet at 61:06 backs Buffalo wide receiver DJ Moore to go over his season long receiving yardage total, citing his career target volume and his new role as Josh Allen's clear number one target after Buffalo went years without a true alpha receiver. Throughout the show, RJ and Munaf dig into how betting lines evolve once a trend becomes widely known, using the NBA zigzag theory and division dog systems in Week 1 as examples of edges that shrink once the market adjusts, a theme that runs underneath nearly every pick discussed across the episode. The two also share a rundown of the network's current promo code and a shoutout to two of the site's top performing handicappers heading into the regular season, closing out a show built almost entirely around actionable numbers for bettors heading into kickoff week. Dream Podcast - 5 Picks w/ RJ (2 Best Bets) + Update !!
RJ Bell talks betting for the NFL preseason and much more. RJ Bell returns after his longest break in more than twelve years on the air to explain, in his own words, why longtime partner Steve Fezzik stepped away from the show and what comes next. Bell walks through the meeting that happened right after the Super Bowl, when Fezzik told him plainly that he was burned out, and Bell's early instinct to treat it as a familiar seasonal low that follows a long, emotionally draining season. He talks candidly about the psychology of handicapping for a living, the idea that a bettor cannot really win until learning how to lose, and how even a guaranteed winning play becomes worthless if it is sized so heavily that ordinary variance wipes out the bankroll first. He discusses the added weight of selling picks publicly, where scrutiny multiplies with every losing week, the friction that builds with other professionals in the same business, and the uncomfortable question every handicapper eventually has to face after a rough stretch, whether the dip reflects a lost edge or simple randomness. Bell speaks about aging in the business, estimating Fezzik is somewhere in his early to mid sixties while stressing that figure is his own guess, and points to poker legend Doyle Brunson as the rare exception who kept winning at a high level into his eighties. From there Bell explains how he plans to reimagine the show going forward, dropping coverage of storylines with no unique insight, keeping the same heavy emphasis on picks that produced one of his hottest closing stretches last season, and bringing in a rotating cast of guest voices to fill the open seat, with a surprise first guest joining next week. The release schedule stays the same, Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Bell also shares a promo, the code DREAM25, good for twenty five dollars off any purchase at Pregame.com this weekend on baseball or NFL preseason football, with a bigger season long offer coming next week. Then he turns to the card itself, five NFL preseason week two picks built almost entirely on situational betting trends rather than team by team scouting, since he believes the market already prices individual talent and the real edge lives in patterns the number has not caught up to. At 12:56 he covers Kansas City at Seattle over the total, built around a non conference matchup and a sluggish first half performance the week before. At 16:30 he covers Rams at Saints under the total, based on a new wrinkle about first half scoring being more repeatable than second half scoring. At 18:32 he covers the Bears against the Bengals, leaning on a stark historical trend for teams that rarely win preseason games. At 20:49 he delivers his second best bet, Arizona at Dallas under thirty seven and a half, tied to the extra preparation edge that comes with playing in the Hall of Fame Game. At 23:06 he closes with his top best bet of the week, Green Bay getting six points at Denver, a play built on road underdogs bouncing back after a bad week combined with head coach Matt LaFleur's strong record after a preseason loss. Bell wraps by running the full slate back one more time and thanking listeners for their patience through the break before confirming the show is back on its normal weekly schedule with fresh energy and a new voice joining him every week. Dream Podcast - SBLX Preview & Best Bets !!
RJ Bell, Steve Fezzik, Munaf Manji and SleepyJ talk NFL SBLX betting. A roundtable of veteran bettors broke down Super Bowl 60 with a heavy focus on game flow, props, and market behavior, emphasizing patience and precision over headline wagers. The discussion centered on expectations of a slow start, defensive intensity, and a second half that could open up as nerves settle and adjustments take effect. Several participants highlighted how Super Bowls often begin conservatively, with early punts and limited first quarter scoring driven by caution from inexperienced quarterbacks and coaching staffs prioritizing mistake avoidance. That theme led to multiple angles tied to early unders and first quarter restraint, including expectations of punts and the likelihood that both teams would fail to score in the opening quarter. As the conversation shifted to broader game dynamics, there was consensus that second halves historically offer more value, particularly when teams are forced out of conservative scripts. The idea of more points after halftime was framed not just as a trend but as a structural outcome of playoff football, where deficits create urgency and open the door to turnovers, short fields, and higher variance scoring. Props tied to second half production were discussed as a way to avoid inflated first quarter pricing while still capturing offensive upside. Player specific angles focused on role clarity and matchup driven opportunity rather than star power alone. Attention was given to receivers positioned to benefit if defenses concentrate on taking away the opposing offense’s primary threat, creating secondary targets with modest statistical thresholds. The group also debated MVP betting, noting that while quarterbacks dominate the award historically, price sensitivity and alternative paths, including defensive performances or uneven quarterback play in wins, complicate the decision. Market mechanics were a recurring theme, with warnings about public money driving overs and popular names higher as kickoff approaches. The panel stressed the importance of shopping numbers, monitoring late movement, and understanding that the sharpest prices often appear before recreational volume floods the market. Rather than chasing long shots, the approach advocated was selective, disciplined, and grounded in how sportsbooks manage risk during the Super Bowl. The overall message was clear, value is created by anticipating how the game is likely to unfold and how the betting market reacts, not by betting every available prop. In a game with massive liquidity and efficiency on sides and totals, the edge lies in timing, structure, and restraint. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
