COLD OPEN QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Who is the ideal wrestler to send on a morning show? On today’s episode, David and Kaz start the show joined by NXT and WWE Radio’s Vic Joseph (08:03)! Vic and the guys talk about the difference in mindset between calling wrestling for TV and radio (09:54), including how he calls entrances on radio (13:24). After that, Vic talks about how much lead time he was given before the SummerSlam WWE Radio broadcast (17:29), his chemistry with Booker T (20:19), and some of his career goals (23:56). Next, David and Kaz ask what he gets the biggest kick out of while announcing the WWE’s future superstars in NXT (27:36) before Vic explains the differences between Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Vince McMahon being in your ear while announcing (30:00). The interview wraps up with Vic giving his personal rankings of the WWE’s major PLEs (37:01) and Vic sharing his thoughts on the passing of Benjamin Satterley, known to wrestling fans as “Pac” and “Adrian Neville” (40:37).  After that, David and Kaz give their quick thoughts on last night’s ‘Monday Night Raw’ (45:40).
