Weber also played a key role in operations to remove weapons-grade uranium from Kazakhstan and Georgia and helped develop the Department of Defense’s Biological Threat Reduction Program. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Council on Strategic Risks and serves on the Board of the James Martin Center for Non-proliferation Studies International Advisory Council.
