Jamie  shares his biggest takeaways from his second year at the camp, including lessons on leadership, the social side of coaching, sports psychology, and creating psychologically safe practice environments.  Jamie recently completed his Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University, specialising in skill acquisition. His dissertation, "High-Performance Basketball Coaches' Perceptions of Implementing the Constraints-Led Approach to Practice," explored coaches' experiences of adopting the CLA, including how they began using the approach, the benefits they experienced, and the challenges involved in implementation.
