I’m really excited to have Lisa Landrum on the podcast today! Lisa is a running and strength coach who has run and paced distances from the 5K to 100 miles. She’s a Boston Marathon finisher and multi-time qualifier, and she’s also completed the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim. Lisa is the founder of RunCLTRun, a connector of the running community, and co-founder of Crown Collective, a race event community and marketing hub in Charlotte. She’s also a mom of three! One of the things Lisa does that I love so much is host an annual running camp for high school girls. We talk about that, her work building community through running, and her involvement with Around the Crown 10K, which I ran back in August. One of my favorite things about Around the Crown is its pay-what-you-can registration model, which makes racing more accessible. Lisa shares more about how that works, and I really hope more races will consider doing something similar! I hope you enjoy this conversation with Lisa!
