Alex Murdaugh's defense team filed a motion in September 2026 claiming they never received the raw cell phone data that built the prosecution's timeline. The State responded with the defense's own paper trail — signed receipts, delivery memos, and an email where Jim Griffin called the State's handling "very accommodating."That email, now Exhibit H, is part of a filing that accuses the defense of misrepresenting what evidence they had and when they had it.
